Abstract Submission Guidelines – ROSACON 2027

  • Conference registration is mandatory for abstract submission. Only fully registered delegates will be allowed to submit abstracts.
  • Poster and Paper submissions must be different; identical submissions will not be accepted.
  • Submission of abstracts requires mandatory membership as either a Life Member or an Associate Member of ROSA.
  • E-posters must not contain any videos or animations. A maximum of 10 slides is permitted.
  • Abstract submissions will be accepted only through the official Google Form available on the conference website ROSACON 2027 Official Website. Submissions via email, hard copy, CD, or any other mode will not be accepted.
  • The final deadline for abstract submission is 30th November 2026. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered under any circumstances.

Abstract Structure Guidelines

Word limit: Maximum 300 words

The abstract must include:

    • Title
    • Presenting Author (underlined)
    • Co-authors (if any)
    • Institutional affiliations

The content must be structured under the following headings:

    • Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
    • Keywords

Authors are strongly advised to review grammar and spelling before submission.

Review & Presentation Process

  • All abstracts will undergo a pre-review process by the Scientific Committee.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to categorize submissions as either Oral or Poster presentations.
  • Participants must strictly adhere to the allotted time.

Important Notes

  • Requests for changes in presentation format will not be entertained.
  • Based on the screening committee’s evaluation, the Organizing Committee will finalize the list of accepted abstracts.
